Here are some tips to help you get started with self-care:
Get regular exercise (go for a walk or yoga). Eat healthy, regular meals and stay hydrated. Make sleep a priority. Try a relaxing activity / engage your mind (reading, journaling). Or do something creative (coloring, painting). Set goals and priorities. Practice gratitude. Focus on positivity. Stay connected (reach out to friends).
